Welcome, estate sale shoppers!

Our next sale is one of those rare, completely stuffed sales rich with Sacramento history that you won't want to miss. Believe it or not, every single thing you will see in the photos came from this house alone. Set-up has taken us over 6 weeks. There are 3 bedrooms, an office, library with built in bookcases, room full of silver plate, a dining room, living room, parlor with built in bar, a sunroom, balcony with outdoor items, packed patio, two mirrored vanity rooms, three closets full of great clothing…this place goes on and on!

The woman of the house worked for the Western Pacific Railroad and Union Pacific for over 40 years. When Union Pacific acquired WPRR in the early 1980’s, she was an employee and salvaged many incredible items that were going to be discarded.

The man of the house was in the Air Force Band stationed at Mather, attended the Music Conservatory at UOP and spent his life as a beloved music teacher for Sacramento Unified.
