Two Day Estate Sale Fair Oaks, Ca, 95628

Dates:

June 8th and 9th, 2019 (Saturday & Sunday)

Time:

8:30AM - 3:30PM each day

Please park on the street and walk down the short driveway to the gate. There will be a staff member at the gate and numbers will be handed out around 7:30AM. Gate opens at 8:30AM. (We do not use sign up sheets)

​Our next sale includes the contents of a house, patio and packed garage. The owner ran a construction business for decades and there are tons of hand tools, power tools, hardware, concrete tools and Jahn A brackets; two Royak Standard kayaks, and more. We emptied four sheds full. Also an N Scale train collection, redline Hot Wheels, working 25c slot machine...See list and photos.
