Shoppers Please Read

  • We do not quote prices before the sale. No early birds.
     

  • The morning of the sale, we will hand out numbers according to the order of who is in line.
    We do not use a list created by customers.
    Sales by appointment will be let in according to the order of the line.
     

  • We must control the number of shoppers in the house at one time. The size of the house, the layout, and client wishes all affect the number of shoppers we may allow. Thank you for your understanding.
     

  • Forms of payment: we accept cash and credit/debit cards
    (AmEx, Visa, MC, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay)
     

  • Unless you have a valid resale license, we must charge CA sales tax on all purchases.
     

  • Please be respectful of neighbors.

  • Pay attention to where you park and do not block mailboxes or driveways.
     

  • Strollers are not allowed inside the sale.

  • No pets or animals of any kind.  

  • No food or drink.
     

  • All sales are final | Due to the nature of estate sales, we cannot accept returns.
